Cheddar Crackers

Made these crackers today and they are almost gone. The paprika gives it just the right tangy bite. Crispy, cheddar goodness!

Cheddar Crackers

1 Stick Butter
8 oz Cheddar Cheese
1  1/2 c Flour
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
1/4 tsp Paprika
1/4 tsp Salt
1 tsp Worcestershire
1 tsp cold water

Blend the dry ingredients until the mixture resembles course crumbs. I blended it with knives, cutting the butter nto the flour and cheese. Add Worcestershire and sprinkle on the cold water – just enough to make the dough stay together. Pat dough into a ball. Chill for 30 min. Divide the dough in two and roll out on a lightly floured surface. Roll very thin, 1/8 inch and cut into strips.  Place on an ungreased cookie sheet.  Then pierce the tops with a fork and sprinkle with sea salt. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 min until crispy and brown.
