Frugally Sustainable and Frugal Babe

I have been roaming the blogosphere looking for interesting and informative blogs. My latest search is focused around frugality and spending less. Cultivating a lifestyle of simplicity is a goal that can seem illusive.

Another frugal blog is Frugally Sustainable .  Andrea writes:

“Frugally Sustainable is the story of our family’s transition out of a consumer culture into the brave world of sustainability. It’s about focusing on what’s important amidst uncertain times. It’s about returning to forgotten skills, reviving old wisdom, creating something amazing, and finding happiness.”

Andrea quotes,   “I buy my freedom with my frugality.”~Vicki Robins

Also I visited the “Frugal Babe”, with the tag line: A rich life with out a lot of money.  Frugal BabeFrugal Babe

“UPDATE, February 2012:  We’re a family of four now, and have been since last spring.  Our baby is ten months old and keeps us entertained and busy!  We’re still very focused on our goal of paying off our house as soon as possible and saving as much as we can for the future.  We’ve been in our house almost three years and have paid off almost six years on our 15-year mortgage… so far, so good.”

Both these blogs were full of info, recipes and chuckles. I recommend them.
