Pecan Tilapia

Baked fish with Pecans and Panko. We are trying to increase the fish consumption around here. This is Tilapia.

Pecan Tilapia

I oiled a baking dish with olive oil and and then arranged the Tilapia in a single layer, brushed lightly with olive oil, sprinkled panko  and then chopped pecans.

We also had steamed mixed veggies and curried pears. Curried Pears  For a side dish I made Farro (a type of wheat). When I lived in Bloomington Indiana I would frequent a restaurant called The Tao. They had delicious vegetarian dishes and farro was one of the key ingredients. I wish I could find some of those recipes online.
