Roasting a Turkey

Turkey in February, yep. This bird was on sale, so I bought it.  I like to use my Nesco roaster. The meat is juicy and tender and I can use the oven to make other things.

Turkey dinner

After washing the turkey I stuffed it with some herbs and vegetables. It smells so good as it cooks. Roasted at 325 degrees for six hours.
