Spinach and Red Pepper Strata

This makes for a delicious Sunday brunch. Quinoa

Quinoa is a good gluten free choice when you want a side dish. I wanted to try this grain dish. I boiled 2 cups of chicken stock and then added a dash of salt and 1 cup of Quinoa. After I added the grain, I turned the heat down to low. Cooked for 15 min.  Read more »
